On 12th January 2023, 22 Readymix personnel from different departments attended Code of Conduct Facilitation course led by Ms. Dona Patrick from LeadingEdge Marketing and Management services Sdn Bhd. Code of conduct training is scheduled annually for Readymix staff to refresh and reinforced the company’s code of conduct. The core intention of Code of Conduct course is to; inspire the right behaviors in workplace; raise awareness of ethical issues in workplace; to reflect the organization’s mission and values and to address workplace changes.
