On 12th June 2023, Readymix Concrete (B) Sdn Bhd attended the launching event of Minggu Keselamatan dan Kesihatan 2023 (MKK 2023) or 2023 Safety and Health Week at Dewan Atria Simpur, Main Headquarters, Jabatan Kerja Raya. This event was organized by the Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR). It was of the action plans to increase awareness on safety and health at work including construction sites.

Thirteen speakers from different JKR departments including SHENA shared their perspectives and data analysis over the condition of Health and Safety level at Workplace and to create the awareness over the importance of Health and Safety at Workplace and to ensure the workplace meets the safety standard to avoid risk of physical or mental injury, accident, or death.

Other than that, these two days open to public event, showcased 15 exhibitions booths related to Health and Safety at workplace, trainings, and medical services and others. This year, Readymix collaborated with Aewon Garment and Embroidery to sponsor 400 non-woven bags for the event. The closing ceremony ended with the certificate of appreciation to all sponsors including Readymix Concrete (B) Sdn Bhd.
