On 13th June 2024, Readymix Concrete (B) Sdn Bhd organized annual Code of Conduct Training titled ‘Ethics at the Workplace Facilitation Course’ for the Managers and Executive. This training was led by Nishanti R. Noel. This training serves as a refresher and to reinforce the company’s code of conduct.

The core intention of Code of Conduct course is to:

• Inspire the right behaviors by creating a strong ethical culture, more than establishing rules and regulations.

• Raises Awareness of Ethical issues in the workplace such as Conflicts of Interest and Bribery & Corruption.

• Encourage employees to speak up by fostering a speak-up culture, where people feel safe raising issues and concerns.

• Reflect the organization’s mission and values in clarity on how to conduct the daily business with high business ethics and personal integrity.
