This year’s Readymix Annual Strategy and Planning Meeting between Brunei Team and Singapore team was done in Makati Philippines. From 7th Until 9th February, these 3 days meeting took place at Rufino Meeting room in Seda Residence hotel. It was an opportunity for the upper management to get together to see the progress and achievements unlocked in the year 2022 and the issues and challenges faced  and also to ensure every department is aligned to the company’s vision and mission. The meeting also encouraged discussion and brainstorming between managers on how to overcome challenges and also to present their forecast and planning for the year 2023.
