At Readymix, we are constantly ensuring everyone is well-equipped with knowledge and skills to further improve the performance and operations in the company. Early this year we have attended webinars that were organized by different organizations locally and internationally. On 28th March, the team attended ‘Your Right, Your Role: Speak Up Against Corruption’ webinar organized by Malaysian Institute of Management, which specifically discussed about the protection of Whistleblowers in Malaysia and that there were shortcomings whether in the implementation of the act or in its provision. Other webinars attended were Safety & Health in Construction Industry organized by PUJA Brunei to gain more knowledge on health and safety, and Exploring Hydration Activators in Concrete Production organized by MBCC Group to gain more technical knowledge in regards to concrete.
