Readymix Attended ‘Customer Excellence Service from The Heart’ Training (2022)
On 26th June 2022, Readymix attended the ‘Customer Excellence Service from The Heart’ Training organized by Puan Hjh Zaiton Hj Mohd Daud and her team from Leading Edge Marketing & Management Services Sdn Bhd. The training was basically to teach and also train employees the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to increase customer satisfaction. The training was attended by departments from Sales, Marketing, HR, QC, batchers, drivers and loaders from all plants.
