Readymix has always been supportive towards local employment to create the Brunei vision, which is Wawasan 2035, a reality. Currently local employment rate at Readymix has reached 42.7% which is quite an achievement. Readymix has been aggressively promoting job vacancies through social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram besides the website to reach more potential candidates. Readymix also collaborated with JobCentre Brunei to obtain unemployed jobseekers to see if they are qualified to fill in the vacancies available at Readymix.

Moreover, in order to further promote local employments, Readymix is also promoting local internship program to provide opportunities for students and fresh graduates to gain a hands-on experience in a real working environment so they are prepared for the job they will enroll in the future. Readymix collaborated with the educational institutions such as Institute of Brunei Technical Education (IBTE) and also Pusat Pembangunan Belia (PBB) to allow their students to apply for internship at Readymix. The interns from Pusat Pembangunan Belia (PBB) applied to gain more knowledge and skills in heavy vehicle whereas the interns from Institute of Brunei Technical Education (IBTE) applied to gain more mechanical knowledge and skills.
