HR DEPARTMENT ENROLLED IN TWO-DAYS REMOTE TRAINING TITLED, “EMPLOYMENT ACT, INDUSTRIAL RELATION AND DISCIPLINARY INQUIRY”

Human Resource (HR) department is one of the significant departments in an organization. HR department is responsible to bring value and positive impacts to the organization and the people through the hiring processes, to create opportunities for all the employees to enroll in up skilling and re-skilling and to the extent of developing and assessing Employees retention strategy.

On 23rd May 2024, Readymix HR department representative Ms. Wanee enrolled in a two-day remote training titled Employment Act, Industrial Relation and Disciplinary Inquiry facilitated by Ms. Mag from SMI Asia Resource Consult.

The training is well compacted with informative Employment act and case studies whereby all the participants are encouraged to discuss their action over the encountered scenarios.
